What is it?

Weekly and/or monthly tracking of chain performance versus individual named competitors.

Our Market Tracking reports provide the ability to benchmark the performance of individual businesses versus specific competitors of interest. Key measures include KPIs such as % share of market spend, % penetration, visit frequency and Average Transaction Value (ATV), all of which can be accurately tracked over time. Reporting can be tailored to the specific requirements of your business, going right down to postcode or individual site level if desired.
