Card Spending Insight

We hold customer by customer, venue by venue and day by day spending made by over 10 million uniquely identifiable customers. We use the spend data to provide unique insight into customer behaviour, individual venues and operator performance, tracking customer spending across over 160,000 individual hospitality venues.

Pricing Data

HDI collect huge amounts of detailed pricing and range data on an ongoing basis which we share with our clients as datasets or reports. Our pricing databases now cover food and drink across over 16,000 hospitality venues, by product by site including over 6,000 Pubs & Bars and over 10,000 QSR & Coffee Shops. Since October 2022, we’ve also been tracking online process for 10 national grocers.

Review Data

HDI support our clients with feedback tracking based on Google & TripAdvisor reviews, providing key theme analysis and broader insights into what’s driving business performance overall and at a site-by-site level.
