All our surveys are anonymous and confidential and you cannot be identified by your responses. You may be asked for your personal details at the end of a survey but these details will not be linked to the answers you have given during the survey. These are purely used to make sure the survey was conducted correctly, when we carry out our quality control checks. We will also use your personal details in the event that you may wish to remove / delete your survey response at some point in the future. We will hold your details for 90 days to give you the option of removing your response within the next 90 days. As such your personal details will allow us to identify your response and remove it.
